Technical Services Manager (Network Transformation)

Role Overview:
The position involves providing technical network services to business units and IT teams, ensuring optimal system performance and security. You will manage and maintain network operations, handle infrastructure projects, and support security deployment initiatives, playing a key role in maintaining the organisation's IT resilience.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Expertise in network infrastructure, administration, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of network security protocols and solutions, including firewall management
• Experience in installing, configuring, upgrading, and patching network devices and systems
• Ability to handle urgent network deployment and support during non-office hours
• Strong documentation skills in network diagrams, configurations, and procedures
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure system performance, availability, and security of network infrastructure and devices
• Handle installation, configuration, administration, upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting of network systems
• Participate in network projects and deploy security solutions, collaborating with stakeholders for timely delivery
• Respond promptly to network connectivity incidents and provide end-user support
• Monitor security logs, manage related administrative tasks, and develop maintenance documentation
• Support urgent network deployment duties and incident resolution outside of regular office hours
• Comply with all regulatory standards, risk control guidelines, and internal procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements:
• Right to work within the applicable location
• Experience in network infrastructure and security
• Skills or experience related to DE Infra Firewall and Network Security (APAC5 - ITSec - Network Security)
• Ability to work on-site in a hybrid environment
