This role involves comprehensive responsibilities in product and structural design, overseeing the full lifecycle from initial definition to final manufacturing, and participating in the company's strategic decisions. The position is vital for ensuring the successful development and launch of new hardware products that meet market and quality standards.

Role Overview:
The co-founder will be responsible for defining product features, spearheading structural innovation, and leading the product and structural R&D team. They will oversee all aspects of structural design, from development to tooling and production, ensuring effective collaboration with hardware, software, and supply chain teams. This role plays a key part in shaping the company's product innovation pipeline and strategic growth.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Background in mechanical or mechatronics engineering
• Experience in hardware product development from conception to mass production
• Expertise in structural design, stacking, moulding, and NPI processes
• Proficiency with materials and moulding techniques
• Previous experience working with or at DJI is preferred
• Innovative mindset with mature problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure
• Long-term entrepreneurial attitude and partnership mindset

Key Responsibilities:
• Fully own product definition and structural innovation
• Build and lead the product & structural R&D team
• Lead structural design, stacking, moulding, and NPI processes for mass production
• Coordinate hardware, software, and supply chain collaboration
• Establish and manage the product development system
• Participate in strategic decision-making for the company

Requirements:
• Age: 90后 (born in the 1990s)
• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Proven experience in hardware product development from zero to mass production
• Familiarity with MD, materials, and moulding processes
• Ability to work on-site in Asia
• Eligible to work in the specified location

Nice to Have (Optional):
• Experience with DJI or similar companies
