AI Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Business Analyst to join our client's team in Hong Kong. This role is pivotal in delivering AI-driven enterprise solutions, including the integration of large language models (LLMs), by bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation teams.

The successful candidate will play a key role in AI project execution, working closely with vendors, solution architects, software engineers, and testers to ensure agile delivery of advanced AI products across the organisation. You will gather and analyse business requirements, map them to AI capabilities, and ensure successful implementation aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document detailed business and functional requirements for AI and machine learning projects.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design scalable AI solutions.
• Act as the liaison between business teams and technology vendors, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of components.
• Assess current enterprise systems to identify opportunities for AI integration and optimisation.
• Contribute to the design and validation of AI models, including large language models, ensuring alignment with user requirements and ethical standards.
• Support testing and quality assurance to verify that solutions meet business expectations and comply with organisational standards.
• Prepare business cases, process flows, data mappings, and other supporting documentation as needed.
• Assist in change management and training efforts during AI product rollouts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within technology or AI-focused projects.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly large language models and natural language processing capabilities.
• Demonstrated exposure to enterprise technology environments and AI solution lifecycle.
• Familiar with agile methodologies, software development lifecycle, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information to a business audience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including vendors, architects, engineers, and QA testers.
