We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our client's team in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of relevant experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency, hands-on development experience, and a passion for building impactful AI-driven products.
You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimise AI systems that leverage the latest advancements in machine learning and large language model technologies. As an integral part of our engineering team, you’ll play a key role in shaping future applications and driving innovations using AI methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI and machine learning solutions for real-world problems
- Contribute to the architecture and development of LLM-based systems and tools
- Work hands-on in coding, training, and validating machine learning models
- Conduct data analysis and feature engineering to improve model performance
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI models into production systems
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI, LLMs, and related technologies
- Ensure models meet performance, ethical, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in AI engineering or machine learning development
- Strong background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and LLM principles
- Proven experience deploying models in production environments
- Proficiency in working with large datasets and cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
