We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Infrastructure Vulnerability Management (IVM) Project Co-ordinator to support our regional efforts in alignment with global vulnerability and compliance management objectives. Based in Singapore, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting IT operations by streamlining governance, improving procedures and ensuring effective risk mitigation across APAC.
This role involves close collaboration with local, regional, and global stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication and coordination across departments. You will be responsible for overseeing operational processes such as vulnerability scoping, scanning, reporting, and remediation support, while providing critical updates to senior stakeholders including C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate closely with the regional stream of the global IVM project.
- Support the establishment and improvement of project governance across IT Operations.
- Manage end-to-end operational tasks including vulnerability discovery, tracking and reporting.
- Oversee and support remediation activities within the Business IT departments.
- Monitor, assess, and address security risks resulting from vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
- Provide regular project updates to global, regional, and local stakeholders.
- Organise and deliver training and awareness programmes on IVM tools and procedures.
- Create training materials to drive adoption of IVM processes.
- Lead project task force and contributors in the region in collaboration with the Programme Lead.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in project coordination or management in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity context.
- Familiarity with vulnerability and compliance management tools, processes and reports.
- Strong understanding of security risk governance and control frameworks.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills, including experience presenting to C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to train and engage cross-regional teams through workshops and documentation.
- Experience working in international environments with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
