We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Special Project and Valuation. This role is based in Aberconwy and Colwyn, Hong Kong, and offers a competitive salary in HKD. In this position, you will assist in driving diverse and high-impact projects, with a key focus on property valuation, strategic analysis, feasibility studies, and data interpretation relevant to project development and asset management. You should be proficient in handling valuation reports, financial models, and presentations to support both internal decision-making and external stakeholder communication.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis, benchmarking studies, and contributing to strategic recommendations for special projects. You will be expected to liaise with cross-functional teams to gather data, evaluate policy implications, and monitor the performance of assets in alignment with business goals. Additionally, you will support the preparation and review of valuation reports for development and investment purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations in Hong Kong.
Applicants must hold a recognised university degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Membership with a professional body such as the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) or the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is highly desirable. You should possess at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate valuation, project analysis, or consultancy, with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, while knowledge of Argus or other valuation software is a distinct advantage. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is required to effectively manage stakeholder communication and documentation.
