An international bank with a strong regional presence is expanding its Hong Kong Corporate Banking team. We are now seeking an experienced Relationship Manager (AVP/VP) to drive new client acquisition and deepen wallet share across Hong Kong‑based Local Corporates, covering SMEs, listed companies, and mid-to-large corporates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Hong Kong local corporates (SME and larger corporates also welcome).
- Originate new client relationships and identify opportunities across lending, trade finance, cash management, treasury, and other corporate banking products.
- Conduct financial and credit analysis, prepare high‑quality credit proposals, and ensure proper risk control.
- Work closely with product teams and internal partners to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
- Maintain regular client engagement while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of Corporate Banking RM experience, covering Hong Kong-based corporates.
- Solid knowledge of corporate lending and general corporate banking products.
- Strong track record in client acquisition, portfolio management, and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
