Role Overview:
This position plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the bank’s retail branch, ensuring efficient service and operational accuracy. You will contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience in retail banking or branch operations
• Strong sense of responsibility, risk awareness, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Passed HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support daily counter operations to ensure efficient service delivery
• Uphold operational standards and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist in supervising frontline staff by providing guidance and support
• Maintain high service quality and operational accuracy on a day-to-day basis
Requirements:
