Role Overview:
The Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing compliance activities, ensuring the organization meets all regulatory requirements, and supporting internal policies related to financial money lending and blockchain/cryptocurrency sectors. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the company’s compliance standards within a fast-paced, onsite environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience with IND Fin Money Lending
• Knowledge of IND Fin Crypto/Blockchain/Blockchain
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee compliance activities in line with regulatory standards
• Support the organization’s compliance framework related to financial lending and blockchain sectors
• Ensure all activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and report on compliance status to relevant stakeholders
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to maintain compliance standards
Requirements:
• Right to work in the required location
• Experience in financial money lending and/or blockchain/cryptocurrency sectors
• Ability to work onsite
• Availability to start on 21/04/2026
• Local or available for onsite work in the specified location
