Senior Finance Manager - Finance Department

Role Overview:
The Senior Finance Manager will play a vital part in overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis within the organisation's finance department. The role involves managing financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial management and reporting.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in banking or financial management
• Professional qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, or HKIB Certified Banker are advantageous
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis, banking regulations, and HKMA requirements
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office, financial accounting systems, and fluency in Chinese, English, and Putonghua
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage budgeting control, forecasting, and performance analysis for the bank
• Participate in month-end consolidation, financial disclosures, and reporting duties
• Review and monitor the preparation of financial statements, policies, and procedures manuals
• Maintain financial accounting controls, payment controls, and reporting analysis
• Collaborate closely with the organisation’s stakeholders, regulators, and auditors
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by management
Requirements:

• Experience in banking or financial management for at least 6 to 8 years
• Relevant educational qualification
• Willingness to work on-site
• Available to start from 04/06/2026 for a duration of approximately 2 weeks
