Responsibilities and requirements:
- Lead process analysis and process mapping across insurance operations.
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and target-state workflows.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into deliverable initiatives and solutions.
- Support strategic transformation initiatives across insurance products and HNW business.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end insurance product lifecycle and operations.
- Excellent process mapping, business analysis, stakeholder management and presentation skills, with strong business acumen.
- Ability to think strategically, understand the big picture, and solve business problems.
- Consulting experience is highly regarded. Regional experience is highly preferred.
- HNW project experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English. Cantonese is not a must.
