Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Manager of Operational Change Management to join a well-know financial institution. This pivotal role aims to enhance current business workflows, develop processes for new products, and lead change initiatives to guarantee maximum operational efficiency across all product categories.
Primary Duties
- Assess and improve existing operational workflows to meet industry standards.
- Introduce process enhancements to optimize operational management.
- Update and maintain documentation for current products and system workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to outline and document new process requirements.
- Partner with technology teams to convert operational needs into enhancements.
- Assist project teams in ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule.
- Regularly report on project status and identify potential risks or challenges.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in operations or change management within the financial services sector.
- Demonstrated success in leading transformation initiatives, including process improvement.
- Solid understanding of financial products and operational methodologies across multiple asset classes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent analytical capabilities with the skill to interpret complex information.
- Familiar with business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience with process mapping, requirements documentation, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Proficient in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
