Role Overview:
The Client Onboarding VP is responsible for managing the onboarding activities for new clients, working closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure client satisfaction. This role plays a key part in supporting the organisation’s growth and reputation through effective onboarding processes.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience with IND Bank Private or similar banking/private client onboarding processes
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate onboarding activities for new clients
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure efficient onboarding procedures
• Manage onboarding timelines and deliverables
• Support the continuous improvement of onboarding workflows
• Maintain detailed records of onboarding progress and issues
Requirements:
• Right to work in the applicable region
• On-site availability in the specified location
• Experience in private banking onboarding, specifically with IND Bank Private
• Suitable for a permanent employment arrangement in Asia
