Digital Product Manager

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Product Manager to join their team in Hong Kong. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy, design and implementation of digital products from conception through to launch and ongoing optimisation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user experience, market trends, and agile methodologies to deliver impactful digital solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the digital product roadmap aligned with overall business strategy.
• Conduct market and user research to identify customer needs and digital opportunities.
• Create and maintain product backlogs with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with design and development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Use data and analytics to track product performance and inform decision-making.
• Manage prioritisation and trade-offs between customer experience, performance, and business goals.
• Lead product launches including internal communication, go-to-market planning and user training.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in digital product management, ideally within tech, finance, or consumer industries.
• Proven experience in managing digital product lifecycles and agile development processes.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, digital technologies, and mobile/web application development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Capable of translating technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments.
