We are seeking a motivated and dependable Distributor Service Officer (Counter Service) to join our client's team in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service within a fast-paced, professional environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in handling distributor and client enquiries, managing counter service operations, and ensuring the smooth handling of administrative and service functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line service support at the customer service counter for distributors and handle walk-in enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company protocols.
- Support various clerical duties including data entry, filing, and the preparation of reports and correspondence.
- Respond to phone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure follow-up and resolution of client issues.
- Assist in the implementation of service quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a customer or distributor service role, preferably in a counter service or retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data handling systems.
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team under pressure.
