GI Reserving, Senior Manager

Role Overview:
The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing reserving processes within the GI segment, providing expert insights, and liaising with relevant teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in reserving within the insurance sector
• Strong understanding of GI reserving principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading or managing teams
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee reserving activities for GI within the organisation
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with actuarial, finance, and other relevant teams
• Review and validate reserving models and assumptions
• Provide expert guidance on reserving matters to senior management
• Support the organisation’s reserving reporting and documentation processes
Requirements:
• Right to work in the location where the role is based
• Experience in a senior reserving role within the insurance industry
• On-site availability required
• Ability to commit to a 2-week engagement
