We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Commercial Sales for our client in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and executing strategic plans to meet and exceed commercial targets. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing initiatives that support the business’s long-term objectives, whilst ensuring short-term goals are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial sales strategy to drive business growth and market share.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the commercial sales team to meet performance targets.
- Establish strong relationships with existing and potential key accounts.
- Prepare forecasts, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports to executive leadership.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent and customer-focused approach.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in commercial sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and CRM systems.
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
