HR Ops Expert
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Operations Expert to join our fast-paced technology team in Singapore. This individual will play a crucial role in delivering efficient HR services, optimising operational processes, and ensuring compliance with local labour regulations. A strong foundation in mathematics and logic is essential to analyse HR metrics and ensure the accuracy of payroll and HRIS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, optimise and implement HR operations processes including employee life cycle management, payroll support, benefits administration, and attendance tracking.
- Manage employee data within HRIS, ensuring accuracy, integrity and timely updates to support HR analytics.
- Work closely with finance, legal, and IT departments to ensure seamless execution of HR processes such as payroll, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
- Develop and maintain internal HR policies and procedures, conduct training, and ensure consistent application across the organisation.
- Address and resolve complex HR enquiries, offering expert guidance and ensuring continuous improvement of operations and employee experience.
- Monitor HR metrics, identify areas for enhancement, and implement operational improvements to streamline processes.
- Assist with cross-functional HR projects, including system migrations, process innovation, and mobility programmes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of direct experience in HR operations, with proven knowledge of end-to-end HR processes.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws, regulations, and compliance practices.
- Excellent mathematical and logical reasoning skills, ideal for payroll processing and HR data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within the fintech or internet sectors is advantageous; familiarity with managing global HR operations is a plus.
