We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Infrastructure Vulnerability Management Project Co-Ordinator to join our client's team in Singapore. This role will support the regional stream of the global vulnerability and compliance management programme, ensuring alignment with broader objectives and regulatory standards.

This role requires participation in Agile methodologies, including daily stand-ups and Scrum ceremonies, contributing progress metrics to project steercos, and assisting in the evolution of data visualisation reports that support remediation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate regional stream of global vulnerability and compliance management project
  • Implement and oversee governance structures for IT Operations processes and procedures
  • Manage operational activities such as scoping, scanning and report delivery
  • Ensure alignment of regional actions with global IVM strategy
  • Partner with business stakeholders for remediation governance and efficiency
  • Report security risks and compliance deviations accurately to leadership
  • Organise and deliver training and awareness sessions to local and regional teams
  • Draft instructional materials to bolster stakeholder engagement
  • Facilitate IVM Project Task Force activities
  • Contribute to regulatory compliance, audits, and internal control frameworks
  • Participate in Scrum and Agile practices related to IVM tools and projects
  • Support data analysis and KPIs reporting for programme success tracking

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project coordination within infrastructure or cybersecurity contexts
  • Strong knowledge of vulnerability and compliance management practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior executives
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multifunctional teams and global environments
  • Understanding of risk, controls, audit, and IT governance principles
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and tools
  • Strong organisational, documentation, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and data visualisation for performance tracking
