Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing both new and ongoing projects in OPC, liaising with various internal teams and external stakeholders. They will coordinate project activities across multiple departments, maintain project documentation, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables. Success in this role includes effective stakeholder management, rigorous project tracking, and delivering improvements aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate actions between Operations teams in Asia and all stakeholders (IT, Compliance, Legal, Front-Office).
- Be in charge of PMO activities (planning, governance, reporting, dashboards, progress reports).
- Collect and formalise user business requirements; prepare test cases and liaise with IT teams.
- Maintain an up-to-date RAID log and report project status both verbally and in writing.
- Conduct studies to identify improvement areas within existing setups.
- Prepare and implement Change Management plans for Operations teams.
- Participate in transversal projects.

Asian sites and all involved departments in the project from Front Office to Finance or other support functions (compliance, risks, etc.).

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal Compliance requirements, including Hong Kong Compliance manual and Financial Crime Policy. Complete mandatory training.
- Maintain adequate knowledge to perform the role and complete all required training.
- Refrain from actions that could jeopardise certification of fitness and properness.
- Undertake steps for annual certification.
- Comply with conduct rules prescribed by the relevant regulator.
Role Requirements
- Master degree holders, with a strong academic background in Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
- Good knowledge of the Operations department in an Investment Bank and product knowledge.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide solutions.
- Self-motivated and hardworking with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other PC applications.
- Responsible, self-initiative, positive attitude, attentive to details, and hardworking.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Asia Contract employment type.
- On-Site location requirement.
