Job Title: Quantitative Product Development Engineer

Position Overview
In this role, you will take full ownership of the reliability, performance, and scaling of our live multi-asset trading environment. You will work closely with quantitative researchers to productionize strategies and optimize our low-latency infrastructure across software and hardware layers. 

What You Will Do 

• Launch Trading Systems: Help researchers turn trading ideas into live, fast-running software.
• Keep Systems Safe: Make sure our stock and futures trading platforms run without crashing.
• Fix Live Problems: Monitor the live markets and fix technical bugs immediately during trading hours.
• Make Systems Faster: Fine-tune software and computer hardware to make trading as fast as possible.
• Build Great Tools: Create smart tools and automated workflows to help our engineering team work better.

What You Need 

• Code Skills: Expert in C++ with a scripting language, OR expert in Python with Go, Rust, or Java.
• Languages: Able to speak and write fluently in both English and Chinese.
• Experience: 2+ years of software work and a college degree in a tech field (like Computer Science).
• Linux Tech: Strong comfort working inside Linux operating systems.
• Team Habits: Experience using Git, doing code reviews, and using automated testing tools.
• Interest: A true excitement for the finance and trading industry.

• You have worked on real-time financial trading systems before.
• You know how to build large, complex tech systems that never go down.
