We are seeking a motivated professional to support our client's sales and advisory teams in driving business growth, ensuring seamless case handling, and delivering exceptional service to High Net Worth clients. This role offers strong exposure to insurance products, cross‑functional collaboration, and the opportunity to develop within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team in driving business development initiatives and contributing to the achievement of revenue objectives.
• Coordinate and submit applications to insurers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Maintain proper records, documentation, and follow‑up for each client case.
• Demonstrate strong familiarity with insurance products, related services, and relevant banking credit procedures.
• Handle a range of administrative tasks, including arranging medical examinations, coordinating logistics for new prospects, preparing insurance documents and policy packages, and managing client reimbursements.
• Respond professionally to inquiries from both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Take part in ongoing training and development programs, both within and outside the organization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance internal workflows and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
• A university degree with 4–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally gained within Private Banking, Securities, Asset Management, or Insurance, with direct exposure to the High Net Worth segment as a Relationship Manager or Insurance Specialist.
• A strong, proven track record in promoting Universal Life and/or other life insurance products.
• A global mindset, strong technical knowledge of HNW solutions, and the ability to work effectively with teams across different regions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence in client-facing situations and an established network of UHNW clients.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, effective negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate as part of a high-performing team.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Swiss‑German is advantageous.
