Senior Account Manager

The successful candidate will focus on deepening client relationships, driving revenue growth, and acting as a trusted advisor, working closely with internal teams across APAC to deliver high-quality solutions and service.
Role Overview:
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing long-term relationships with key clients in Greater China, overseeing all revenue streams related to ICE Data Services’ full suite of products and services. The role involves building trusted relationships at all organizational levels, including senior leadership and C-suite executives, and leading account planning, contract negotiations, and risk management to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• 7+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or client-facing roles, preferably within financial services or a related industry
• Proven experience managing complex, high-value client relationships within the Greater China market
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth and client retention
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; Cantonese proficiency is strongly preferred
• Client-centric mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities
• Strategic thinking with strong execution skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex or sensitive client issues
• Ability to operate independently within a regional, matrixed organization

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop long-term relationships with key clients across Greater China, serving as the primary point of contact
• Oversee all revenue streams across the full suite of ICE Data Services’ products and services
• Build and maintain trusted relationships at all levels of client organizations, including senior leadership and C-suite executives
• Drive client retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities by understanding client needs and regional market dynamics
• Partner with clients on strategic priorities, lead account planning, and manage complex contract renewals and negotiations
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, escalations, and client concerns to ensure high client satisfaction
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and regional stakeholders to close new business and ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
• Track account performance, revenue trends, and pipeline activity to support growth and forecasting
