We are currently seeking a high-calibre professional to join our department as Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition.
Principal responsibilities
- Support the full delivery of campus recruitment activities for internship, graduate and management trainee programmes, ensuring hiring plans are achieved on time and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies covering sourcing channels, advertising media, selection methods and candidate engagement.
- Organise and facilitate selection exercises and assessment centres, assess candidates and make recommendations on appointment and remuneration in line with the relevant approval processes.
- Build strong relationships with universities, student organisations, external partners and internal stakeholders to maintain a robust early-career talent pipeline.
- Strengthen the Bank’s employer brand through recruitment campaigns, social media, job boards, career talks, recruitment days, university engagement and other marketing activities.
- Monitor recruitment effectiveness, candidate quality and stakeholder feedback, recommending improvements to processes, channels and selection tools.
- Provide guidance and coaching to specialists and officers, while ensuring recruitment activities comply with applicable policies, controls and data-protection requirements.
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least three years’ experience in human resources or talent acquisition, with solid experience in campus, graduate or volume recruitment. Experience in banking, financial services or professional services is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing and project-management skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
- Proactive, commercially aware and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership, sound judgement and commitment to delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
