Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive sales support to brokerage partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth through the brokerage channel.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and track progress against targets.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for brokerage partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and brokerage partners, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that arise.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales support or a similar role within the insurance industry, with a focus on brokerage channels preferred.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and market trends.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
