Join Our Team as the Claims Head for Property & Casualty Products in Taipei, Taiwan!

We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead our Property & Casualty (P&C) Claims Department. This pivotal role requires a dynamic individual responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of claims operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-centric resolution of claims across all P&C lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the claims team, ensuring efficient processing of all claims in compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance claims handling effectiveness and boost overall customer satisfaction.
• Regularly review and refine operational workflows, applying continuous improvement principles within the department.
• Drive the adoption of best practices throughout the claims function and develop training programs that enhance team skills and reinforce a culture of service excellence.
• Collaborate closely with underwriting, actuarial, finance, legal, and customer service teams to promote a seamless insurance experience for clients.
• Represent the claims function in internal leadership forums and regulatory interactions, providing subject matter expertise and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on P&C claims and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Robust understanding of insurance products, claims processes, and regulatory requirements in Taiwan's insurance market.
• Proficient in claims systems, analytics tools, and operational best practices.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential for effective communication.
