We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our client servicing team within the life insurance industry at Officer or Senior Officer level. This role offers a unique opportunity to support clients by delivering high-quality service, responding to queries efficiently, and building trusted relationships in a dynamic and professional environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of individual and corporate clients, ensuring that all interactions meet compliance and regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including underwriting, claims, and policy administration to provide accurate information and maintain efficient service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client enquiries on life insurance policies in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth policy management processes
- Maintain detailed records and logs of client interactions and policy changes
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures
- Assist in onboarding new clients and providing them with clear policy information
- Support continuous service improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a client servicing or administrative role within the life insurance or broader financial services sector
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and relevant regulatory requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
- Professional qualifications related to insurance or financial services (e.g. CII) would be advantageous
