We are seeking a seasoned professional for a senior role in Health and Benefits Consulting based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will support a diverse client base by evaluating employee benefits programmes and offering strategic consultation on plan design and optimisation. This position plays a pivotal role in delivering value through efficient solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee scope, quality, timeliness, and budget of client deliverables.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and evaluations of employee health and benefits plans.
  • Monitor benefits utilisation and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Assess client objectives and design tailored, flexible benefits programmes that align with corporate culture and financial goals.
  • Stay informed of trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in the employee benefits space.
  • Review analysts’ templated compilations of benefit data, tailoring content based on plan type and structures.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on benefits strategy.
  • Support business development through the expansion of existing client engagements and referrals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years in health and benefits advisory, with at least 5 years specific to health consultancy.
  • Demonstrated expertise in health and life benefits plus hands-on insurance brokerage experience.
  • Proficiency in digital advisory solutions and data analysis as applied to employee benefits.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage complex client relationships.
  • Team-oriented mindset combined with the ability to independently address and resolve challenges.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese with strong written and verbal communication skills.
