We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced (Senior) Officer, Client Service Delivery to join our client's growing team located in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering superior client service to a portfolio of clients, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of day-to-day operational activities, and serving as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role requires a strong understanding of financial services operations and client service principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary contact person for assigned clients, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client instructions are accurately processed and service level standards are consistently met
  • Maintain client records, document interactions, and update service logs
  • Assist in implementing client servicing strategies and improvements to streamline processes
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, including documentation review and system set-up
  • Monitor service performance metrics, escalate issues when necessary, and propose corrective actions
  • Participate in internal projects relating to system enhancements, process reviews, and client servicing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in client service delivery within the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, settlement, clearing procedures, and/or capital markets is highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing client needs
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in executing daily responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with client service management systems
