About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Policy Administration Officer / Senior Officer to join our General Insurance operations team on a 1-year contract. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in policy administration across any general insurance product lines, including Property & Casualty or Commercial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end policy processing for new business, renewals, and endorsements.
- Generate and analyze reports related to policy performance and administration to support business insights and decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including managing defect tickets.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new product launches meet business and system requirements.
- Collaborate closely with underwriting operations to support the successful rollout of new products.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general insurance, with a focus on policy administration or operations.
- Familiarity with any general insurance product lines (Property & Casualty, Personal lines etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in reporting and data management tools.
- A proactive and dedicated work attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
