Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused individual to fill the role of Credit Administration Manager. You will play a crucial part in the management of credit documentation for our corporate and institutional clients, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review credit documents for corporate and institutional clients.
- Implement the credit administration process while maintaining secure and accurate facility documentation related to the bank's credit exposure.
- Facilitate the documentation, implementation, and drawdown of credit facilities by working closely with business teams and operations.
- Collect and track all necessary Condition Precedents, Condition Subsequents, and other facility documents, coordinating with business teams or agent banks as needed.
- Monitor and review schedules for credit facilities, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years in a banking environment, focusing on credit processes and administration
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledgeable about various finance products and transactions.
