Management Information Manager

This role involves managing the daily operation and maintenance of the Profitability Analysis Management (PAM) system, supporting user optimisation, developing databases and reports, and assisting with internal workflow automation. Role Overview:
The Management Information Manager is responsible for overseeing the PAM system, supporting digital transformation efforts, and integrating AI solutions to enhance financial processes. The role ensures smooth system operations, facilitates business analysis, and drives operational efficiencies across the department.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Relevant academic qualifications, such as a Bachelor’s degree or above
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Basic knowledge of management accounting and financial data analysis
• Familiarity with SQL, Excel VBA, Access, Power Query, OAS, TM1, Python, Tableau, RPA, or similar tools
• Experience with AI tools like machine learning frameworks, natural language processing, and predictive modelling
• Ability to promote and apply AI techniques within financial management and data-driven decision-making
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, operate, and maintain the PAM system daily
• Support users in system optimisation and user acceptance testing
• Develop databases, reports, and tools to meet departmental data analysis needs
• Assist in automating workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Participate in departmental digital transformation projects and initiatives
• Support the implementation of AI applications such as financial forecasting, process intelligence, and data insights
• Utilise AI tools and techniques to develop intelligent financial solutions
Requirements:

• Familiarity with relevant tools and AI frameworks
