We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager with a proven ability to serve High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients, particularly those with cross-border needs. The ideal candidate will bring expertise from a semi-private banking environment and demonstrate a deep understanding of wealth management solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver tailored advice, optimize client assets, and drive business growth within a dynamic private banking segment.

Ideal Candidates
- Retail Banking Relationship Manager who is experienced in managing cross-border clients and understanding their unique needs.
- Proven track record in handling High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
- Ideally coming from a semi-private banking environment with exposure to wealth management solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Handle account opening procedures and ensure accurate documentation.
- Drive acquisition of new clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients in the Private Banking segment.
- Deliver tailored wealth management advice and solutions to High Net Worth Individuals.
- Optimize client assets and enhance revenue through effective management of AUM (Assets Under Management).
- Maintain exceptional service standards to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Support marketing initiatives and assist in business development activities.
- Oversee trade settlements and facilitate payment and fund transfers.
- Adhere strictly to internal policies and comply with all external regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Business, or related fields.
- Possession of relevant Hong Kong investment and insurance licenses.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in wealth management or private banking.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships in a client-facing role.
- Demonstrated success in understanding client needs and delivering outstanding service.
- Strong sales orientation combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Self-motivated, mature, and capable of working under pressure independently.
- Fluency in Mandarin; proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.
