We are seeking ambitious and client-focused Retail Banking Relationship Managers to join our dynamic teams across all districts in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering high-quality financial solutions and personalised banking services to a diverse portfolio of customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, promoting a wide range of financial products, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

As a Relationship Manager, you will engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide tailored advice across savings, investments, insurance, and loan products. You will maintain an excellent standard of customer service, ensuring trust and satisfaction in every interaction. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, financial acumen, and a results-oriented mindset.

Location: Hong Kong

Salary range: HKD 35k - 60k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of retail banking clients with a focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction
  • Identify clients’ financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions and products
  • Achieve sales targets in investments, insurance, and other banking services
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure their financial strategies remain aligned with their goals
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and product knowledge to effectively advise clients
  • Work closely with internal teams to support customer onboarding and transactional processes
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree holder in Business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on customer relationship management or sales
  • Sound knowledge of retail banking products including deposits, loans, insurance and investment instruments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage
  • Holder of relevant licences under the Insurance Authority and/or the Securities and Futures Commission is preferred
