Retail Banking RM - Low target, chill | 35-55k

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our client as a Relationship Manager in the Retail Banking sector. 

Location: Tsuen Wan / Yuen Long / Sheung Shui / Ma On Shan
Salary Range: HKD 35,000 – 55,000 | Quarterly Target: HKD 600K – 1.2M

Responsibilities:

• Promote a comprehensive suite of wealth management products and services to high-net-worth individuals.
• Proactively acquire new clients and cultivate long-term relationships to drive business growth.
• Provide tailored financial solutions and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing clients’ financial goals and needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 years of proven sales experience in wealth management products.
• Holder of valid insurance and securities licenses (e.g., IIQE & HKSI) as required by HKMA and HKSFC.
• In-depth knowledge of banking and financial products is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.
• Able to work independently under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
