Our client is seeking an Associate Account Executive, corporate development to join their team. You will engage with senior executives across sectors such as pharmaceuticals, energy, manufacturing, real estate, and banking, offering secure, AI-enabled platforms for mission-critical collaboration including M&A, capital raising, and document exchange. This quota-carrying role provides high visibility and development opportunities within the financial technology sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement territory strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding.
  • Build robust pipelines through proactive outreach and strong relationship management.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities by aligning client needs with additional solutions.
  • Create growth plans for accounts with defined objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality client experience.
  • Increase market presence by participating in client interviews, case studies, and events.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, financial services, or technology (preferably SaaS).
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to navigate complex deal cycles with strategic thinking.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability and a drive to achieve targets.
  • Proven relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities across various organisational levels.
  • High adaptability, resilience under pressure, and a focus on client-centric outcomes.
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning about industry trends and innovations.
  • Fluency in English and the local business language.
