We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bancassurance Account Manager, with a focus on Health products, to join our client's dynamic team based in Hong Kong. This position is integral to supporting the expansion and success of a key Banca project, which aims to drive growth through strategic partnerships with financial institutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our bancassurance partners, ensuring effective implementation of health insurance strategies and achieving sales targets through joint business planning. You will be required to have a deep understanding of health insurance products and the bancassurance distribution model, along with the ability to identify opportunities for business development and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to maximise health insurance penetration and performance.
  • Coordinate and implement onboarding and training initiatives for bank staff to ensure proficiency in health product offerings.
  • Track and analyse sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to continuously refine and improve bancassurance strategies.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of sales, product, operations, and marketing strategies for health insurance products.
  • Lead or support health-related promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities in collaboration with bank partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal governance policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in bancassurance, preferably with a focus on health insurance products.
  • Strong understanding of the health insurance market and knowledge of regulatory frameworks within Hong Kong.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage partnerships, with proven success in driving sales results through third-party channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organised individual with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin is an advantage.
