We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Bancassurance Health Advisor to join our client's dynamic team in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong sales acumen and a passion for providing clients with tailored health insurance solutions through bancassurance channels.
As a Bancassurance Health Advisor, you will play a key role in driving health insurance sales by working closely with banking partners. Your responsibility will be to identify customer needs, provide professional advice, and offer innovative health insurance solutions to meet those needs. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through bank branch networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
- Conduct needs-based health insurance presentations and consultations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Stay up to date with company products, services, and industry regulations.
- Ensure all sales practices comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or banking.
- Knowledge of health insurance products and related regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Holder of relevant insurance licences under the Insurance Authority.
