In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation of strategic solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives
- Gather, document and analyse functional and technical requirements
- Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement
- Develop business cases and feasibility studies to support proposed initiatives
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Support the testing and validation process to ensure solutions meet requirements
- Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to support discovery and solution design
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a relevant industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in business process modelling and analysis tools
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
