We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our client's dynamic team in Hong Kong. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and profitability.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to gather requirements, analyse data, and produce actionable insights. Your focus will be on understanding business needs and translating them into technical and functional requirements to support project delivery. You will be expected to facilitate workshops, conduct gap analysis, and support testing and implementation phases of various initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques. You should be confident in working with large data sets and systems, and comfortable in stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Proven ability to analyse complex data sets and translate them into business insights.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
