Our client is seeking a strategic and visionary finance leader to join their organization as Chief Financial Officer. Responsibilities include:
- Leading all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Developing and executing financial strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Overseeing core finance functions including accounting, treasury, taxation, and auditing processes.
- Ensuring full compliance with all local and international financial regulations and maintaining robust internal controls.
- Providing strategic recommendations to the Chairman and Board based on detailed financial analysis and data-driven projections.
- Managing investor relations and leading fundraising initiatives to support business growth.
- Promoting operational efficiency and contributing to cost optimisation across all departments.
- Mentoring and developing the finance team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership position.
- In-depth understanding of corporate finance, accounting standards, and relevant financial regulations.
- Industry experience in sectors such as technology, manufacturing, or services is preferred.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or an MBA in Finance are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience within major corporations or large-scale business divisions.
- Familiarity with the YonYou accounting system is a definite advantage.
- Strong experience collaborating with executive leadership and presenting insights to key stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
