We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Customer Intelligence Specialist to join our client's team based in Hong Kong. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement, drive strategic decisions, and improve overall business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service to provide actionable intelligence that supports our customer-centric strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in data analysis, customer segmentation, and market research. You should be passionate about understanding customer behaviour, identifying trends, and transforming complex datasets into clear business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret customer data from various sources to identify patterns and trends.
- Develop customer segmentation models to support targeted marketing campaigns.
- Create dashboards and reports that communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to identify knowledge gaps and suggest areas for research and data collection.
- Support the design of customer surveys and feedback mechanisms to gather qualitative insights.
- Monitor performance metrics and customer KPIs to assess the impact of initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic planning by providing intelligence on market movements and customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer analytics, market research, or business intelligence.
- Proficient in analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
