We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Brand and Marketing to lead our client's marketing function in Hong Kong. This vital leadership role is responsible for shaping and delivering a cohesive brand identity, developing innovative marketing strategies, and driving customer engagement across multiple channels. You will be pivotal in elevating brand awareness and positioning, ensuring alignment with business goals and market positioning.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in brand development, digital marketing, campaign management, and team leadership. You will work cross-functionally with product teams, sales, and communications to deliver integrated campaigns that inspire and convert target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute branding and marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end development of campaign initiatives across digital, print, social media, and events.
- Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing communications.
- Manage and mentor a diverse marketing team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, providing regular performance reports and insights.
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape long-term marketing visions and budgets.
- Ensure content, tone, and visuals authentically reflect our brand values and message.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in a senior brand or marketing leadership role.
- Demonstrable success in leading large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics tools, and market segmentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think strategically while paying keen attention to detail.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI from marketing spend.
- Educated to degree level in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in the Hong Kong or Asia-Pacific market is highly advantageous.
