We are seeking an experienced Health Bancassurance Customer Service professional to support a key strategic partnership in delivering value-added insurance solutions. This role is based in Hong Kong and will focus on providing high-quality service across health insurance products, assisting customers and stakeholders within a bancassurance framework. The successful candidate will act as a senior lead within the bancassurance team, supporting and enhancing the service experience for a prominent banking partner.
Responsibilities will include managing client enquiries and servicing across various health insurance offerings, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal service standards. You will liaise closely with internal teams including underwriting, claims, and operations to ensure smooth delivery of services. Regular reporting and feedback to senior management and banking partners will be part of your responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction and continual service improvement.
Key duties also involve monitoring performance metrics, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to training and process enhancement initiatives. You will also support relationship management activities and act as the key contact for complex or escalated service matters, especially relating to the strategic bancassurance partner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; degree in business, insurance, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service within the insurance or financial services industry, ideally with exposure to health products and bancassurance
- Strong understanding of health insurance policies, claims processes, and regulatory requirements
- Proven leadership experience with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure
- Ability to analyse data and provide insights for service enhancement
- Experience working with a major bank partner in a senior bancassurance servicing role is highly desirable
