Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Information Technology Manager specializing in Project Management and Business Analysis to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and supporting investment-related business lines, including stocks, funds, and bonds.

You will act as an IT Project Manager, overseeing projects from initiation to successful roll-out. This includes managing the project timeline, resources, and deliverables, while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders such as business users, internal and external technical teams, regulatory bodies, and senior management. Your key responsibilities will involve facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT), solving IT-related problems, and ensuring the documentation of processes and solutions.

This role demands coordination across multiple parties to achieve shared goals and requires the candidate to contribute positively to the larger project environment by sharing relevant domain knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and understand business requirements related to investment products (stocks/funds/bonds)
  • Act as IT Project Manager from project initiation to implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Facilitate and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Provide effective problem-solving for IT issues and prepare project-related documentation
  • Coordinate across multiple parties to align on project goals
  • Contribute domain knowledge and expertise to the wider project group

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management and business analysis; experience in banking is highly advantageous
  • Proven experience managing digital change programmes with geographically distributed teams
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, including both Putonghua and Cantonese
