We are looking for a skilled professional to support and maintain the network infrastructure and data centre operations to join our client's team. This role involves collaborating with regional infrastructure teams, resolving technical issues, and ensuring optimal network performance across office and data centre environments.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical support on the network infrastructure of office and data centres
- Monitor network health and capacity, ensuring system availability and performance
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues
- Plan and implement network changes in coordination with local and regional IT teams
- Create and maintain documentation for network topology, incidents, and solutions
- Oversee day-to-day data centre network operations and infrastructure
- Perform SD-WAN network monitoring and troubleshooting with the regional team
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with networking products such as Cisco, Ruckus, F5, FortiGate, and Palo Alto
- Thorough experience in enterprise-level IP routing, switching, and firewall administration
- Experience with vendor management and third-party service coordination
- Knowledge of VMWare and storage technologies will be considered an advantage
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure
- Willingness to work outside of standard office hours when needed
- Holding relevant IT certifications will be an added benefit
