We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Platform Sales Manager to join our growing team in the heart of Hong Kong. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and shaping the future development of our platform within the financial technology sector. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing long-term strategic relationships with key clients, owning the full cycle of business development, and ensuring successful delivery of tailored solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of structured products, technological acumen, and the ability to work across various internal departments to meet client needs and strategic goals.
The right candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, particularly with senior stakeholders, and a consultative approach to identifying and resolving client challenges. You will manage projects from initiation through to delivery, create detailed plans with defined milestones and budget tracking, and ensure that client satisfaction remains paramount throughout each engagement. The role requires the ability to escalate and mitigate risks effectively, prioritise activities that align with the platform’s long-term objectives, and lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.
An ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in consulting or the finance industry, with a solid understanding of derivatives products and financial transaction workflows. A strong interest in technology, coupled with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly, is essential. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and have a proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects. An undergraduate or graduate degree in finance, engineering or computer science is preferred, along with fluency in written and spoken English.
