We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager for our client's POE (Point of Entry) operations within the Customer Operation department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing POE-related activities, ensuring efficient workflow processes, and delivering operational excellence in line with established procedures and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management and execution of POE operations and customer-related initiatives.
- Monitor daily activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedural guidelines.
- Assist in managing projects under unclaimed categories, providing data analysis and reporting where needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline operations and resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare reports and documentation for senior management as required.
- Ensure the highest level of operational integrity and data accuracy.
- Support process improvements and propose best practices to optimise performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in operations or project management, preferably within a customer-facing or logistics-related environment.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and data analysis tools.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
