Policy Service Senior Officer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Policy Service Senior Officer to join our client's professional team based in Hong Kong. This role provides critical support in policy administration, ensuring accurate and timely servicing of policy transactions and maintaining strong client service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process a wide range of policy administrative tasks including new business issuance, policy alterations, billing, cancellations, and renewal adjustments.
• Ensure all policy data is accurately recorded and updated in accordance with compliance and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless policy servicing.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Respond professionally to client and intermediary enquiries, ensuring high standards of customer service and timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor service level agreements and prepare regular performance and audit reports for management.
• Assist with training and mentoring of junior staff to ensure team success and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in policy administration or insurance operations, preferably within a life or general insurance environment.
• Strong knowledge of insurance product structures and policy servicing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and policy administration systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
