We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a pricing role located in Hong Kong, China. This role requires deep analytical skills, commercial insight, and an excellent grasp of pricing strategies within a competitive market environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the optimisation of pricing models, support revenue growth efforts, and ensure pricing decisions align with overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related field. You will be responsible for analysing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behaviour to inform pricing structures. The role involves close collaboration with sales, finance, marketing, and product management teams to ensure pricing strategies are implemented and maintained effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Conduct competitor intelligence gathering and market analysis to inform pricing strategies.
- Partner with sales and product teams to provide pricing recommendations for bids and proposals.
- Monitor and report on pricing performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Support financial forecasting and planning by providing pricing-related inputs.
- Maintain documentation and perform regular reviews of pricing policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with financial modelling and pricing strategies in a commercial context.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and convey insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
